Hi, I’m Java!

I’m a playful, sweet, and cuddly puppy with a big heart and an even bigger love for my people. My favorite thing is to snuggle up after a fun play session—I’m a true cuddle bug at heart. Bonus: my tongue sticks out when I sleep, which is ridiculously adorable.

When I’m feeling energetic, I love to play fetch, tug-of-war, or just zoom around in circles. But don’t worry—I balance that with being super chill most of the time. I need daily walks and playtime to stay happy and out of trouble (otherwise, I might “borrow” your shoes for a game of keep-away!).

I’m learning new things every day. I’ve got sit, shake a paw, and wait for food down.  I’m still working on leash manners, but I’m improving all the time.

I’m great with physical affection—I’ll happily lick your hands or face—and I’ve even mastered crate time, snoozing peacefully while you’re at work or overnight next to your bed. I’m a little nervous in the car and sometimes drool a bit, but I’m getting braver with every trip.

My perfect home would have a big yard for me to run and play, but I’d be just as happy with lots of walks and playtime. I’m an easy-going girl and would do well in a home with or without kids or other pets. If you’re looking for a loving, playful, and endlessly adorable companion, I’d love to be your new best friend!

Java followed her siblings (Fig, Goose, Juniper and Jelly Bean) into hart from our community of focus. She arrived in overall good condition and has settling in nicely. Java is up to date on DACPP, Bordatella, and Rabies vaccinations as well as being microchipped and spayed.
