Hey there! I’m Lenny, a fun-loving, energetic puppy who’s ready to find my forever home. I’m still young and learning, but I promise to bring lots of love, laughter, and playfulness into your life!

I have a lot of energy when I’m awake—I love to run, play tug, and chase my tail (though I’m still figuring out what to do when I catch it!). My favorite thing is zooming around the yard, especially if someone is chasing me. I also love playing with my doggy foster sibling, and I’d be happiest in a home with another friendly dog who can help show me the ropes. I get excited when it’s time for walks and sometimes want to turn them into runs, but I’m working on my leash manners!

I can be a little shy at first in new situations or around new people, but once I warm up, I’m a total cuddle bug. Belly rubs are the way to my heart! I’m crate-trained and sleep through the night, though I might make a little noise if I think I’m alone.

Since I’m still a puppy, I need lots of playtime, exercise, and continued training. I’d do best in a home with a yard where I can run and burn off some of my energy. Because I can be a little nervous around high-energy situations, a home with adults or older children would be ideal for me.

Lenny came to hart at approximately 17 weeks old from a partner rescue in our community of focus. Despite being cold and hungry upon intake, he is in overall good health and condition. Lenny is up to date on DACPP, Bordatella, and Rabies vaccinations. Lenny is microchipped and neutered.
